The Company is committed to executing Client orders in the best possible manner, considering factors such as price, speed, and probability of execution. The Client acknowledges that slippage and requotes may occur under volatile market conditions.

The Company takes measures to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest between itself and Clients. These measures include transparency in execution practices and maintaining fairness for all traders.
8. Client Fund Protection
Client funds are maintained in segregated accounts at regulated financial institutions, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Client funds must be deposited using payment methods accepted by the Company. Withdrawals are subject to verification procedures and anti-money laundering regulations.
10. Forced Closure and Margin Call
The Client acknowledges that in the event of insufficient margin balance, the Company has the right to automatically close open positions to prevent a negative balance.
11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from market movements, technical issues, service interruptions, or any other events beyond its control. The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from the misuse of its services.

We do not offer our services to residents of certain jurisdictions such as Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Islamic Republic of Iran, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Palestine, Russian Federation, Somalia, Syrian Arab Republic, Sudan, Yemen, United States, and to jurisdictions on the FATF and EU/UN sanctions lists.
13. Breach of Terms and Account Suspension
In case of violation of these Terms and Conditions by the Client, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close the Client's account. Any funds held in the account may be withheld until the necessary investigations are completed.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Seychelles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Seychelles.
